Terms of use

Effective September 8, 2026. PCC Mail is a private, single-user integration operated for authorized accounts.

Authorized use

You may use PCC Mail only for accounts you own or are authorized to access. Each operation must name an explicit account configured by the service operator. Attempts to use an unknown, blank, default, remembered, or fallback account are rejected.

Provider permissions

Calendar and contact capabilities are enabled separately for each account. Pristine Source Trust additionally requires a separate Gmail read-only grant for its one enrolled mailbox. Google and Microsoft permissions, account-level controls, and the service’s own capability flags may independently limit an operation. Provider terms also apply.

Consequential operations

Calendar or contact mutations occur only through explicit write-tool requests. Updates and deletes require concurrency evidence; deletion and cancellation require explicit confirmation; and attendee-affecting event operations require acknowledgement that invitations or attendee notifications can be sent. Recurring-event creation and series mutation are not supported.

Availability and correctness

Provider APIs, authorization, and network services can be unavailable or return partial evidence. PCC Mail reports partial or unknown outcomes rather than treating them as success or availability. The service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.

Suspension and revocation

The operator may disable a capability or remove an account credential at any time. A Google user may revoke the grant from their Google Account. Revocation can prevent future access but does not itself remove records retained by the provider or bounded operational metadata already held by PCC Mail.

The privacy policy describes how PCC Mail handles Google Mail, Calendar, and personal-contact data.
